Product Description

Kinetics Model RH Vibration Isolation Hangers, including the RHEC-A-AD Neoprene Element with Cap, are designed to reduce the transmission of vibration and noise produced by suspended equipment, piping, and ductwork. The hanger assembly incorporates a color-coded elastomer-in-shear insert with a load plate, assembled into a stamped or welded hanger bracket. Unlike conventional compression-loaded rubber elements, the RH hanger design loads the elastomer in shear, increasing allowable strain without accelerating deterioration.

The RHEC-A-AD Neoprene Element with Cap is suitable for suspended mechanical equipment, in-line fans, exhaust fans, ductwork, piping systems, and other overhead MEP services where audible frequency vibration or noise isolation is required. RH hangers are shipped fully assembled and ready for installation in threaded rod suspension systems, helping contractors achieve efficient site installation and reliable support for HVAC and building services equipment.

RH isolation hangers are available in deflections from 0.20″ to 0.57″ (5 mm to 15 mm) and in load capacities up to 2,000 lbs. (907 kg). The bracket design allows support rod misalignment through a 30° arc and is engineered to carry a 500% overload without failure. The product can also be provided with labor-saving accessories for adaptation to wire or strap suspension systems, supporting flexible installation requirements in commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, schools, data centers, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects across the UAE and wider GCC region.
