Product Description

KINETICS® KINFLEX™ DUCT Flexible Ductwork Connections are designed to allow movement in duct systems while helping prevent additional stresses on connected equipment and ductwork. They are used where HVAC ductwork connects to fans, air handling units, mechanical equipment, or other duct-mounted systems that may experience movement, vibration, misalignment, or operational stress.

Engineered Flexible Connection for HVAC Duct Systems
KINFLEX™ flexible ductwork connections help accommodate duct movement while reducing the transfer of noise and vibration through HVAC and mechanical systems. By providing flexibility between duct sections and equipment connections, the product supports improved mechanical reliability and helps protect ductwork from unnecessary strain.

Durable Construction for Project Applications
KINFLEX Duct features fully welded, match-drilled carbon steel flanges equipped with backing bars fastened in place with zinc-plated hardware. The system can be supplied with a flow liner where required, and uses EPDM flex membrane material for flexible duct movement. An acoustically rated design is also available with absorptive acoustic fill and an EPDM outer barrier.

Suitable for MEP, HVAC, and Acoustic Coordination
For consultants, contractors, acoustic engineers, and MEP teams, KINFLEX Duct provides a practical solution for ductwork connections in commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, data centers, industrial facilities, mechanical rooms, chiller plants, and infrastructure projects. It is particularly useful where duct movement, equipment vibration, acoustic performance, and long-term system durability must be addressed during design and installation.
