Job Overview
Kinetics Group is seeking a professional and organized Secretary cum Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while providing essential administrative support to the office and management team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with secretarial and office coordination duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate courier services and maintain records of outgoing samples, documents, and deliveries.
- Manage visitor logs and assist with general front-desk inquiries.
Secretarial Duties
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to managers and staff.
- Draft, type, format, and distribute letters, emails, and business correspondence.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and business documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and place orders as required.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and support office coordination activities.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely administrative follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proven experience managing administrative tasks in a professional office environment.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong document preparation and formatting skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Familiarity with office administration procedures and correspondence management.
