Product Description

Kinetics Model FLSS 1 and 2 Restrained Spring Isolators are engineered spring vibration isolators designed for mechanical equipment exposed to vibration, load variation, wind forces, and seismic movement. Each isolator consists of large-diameter, laterally stable steel springs assembled within a welded steel housing to help limit vertical and lateral movement of supported equipment.

The FLSS isolator housing is designed to maintain a constant free and operating height, supporting easier installation and alignment of equipment such as chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air-cooled condensers, and other heavy HVAC or mechanical systems. The restrained design makes FLSS isolators suitable for equipment with significant fluid-load changes during maintenance, drainage, or operation.

For consultants, MEP contractors, and project owners across the Middle East, FLSS 1 and 2 Restrained Spring Isolators provide a practical vibration control solution for mechanical rooms, rooftop plant areas, chiller plants, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects where equipment stability, acoustic comfort, and restraint against external forces are important. Standard FLSS isolators are available with static deflections up to 2 inches / 50 mm and load capacities up to 18,000 lbs / 8,165 kg, with custom options available for higher deflection or load requirements.
