UNIBRACE

Kinetics UNIBRACE is a versatile resilient isolation bracket system used to decouple miscellaneous building elements such as plumbing, soffits, handrails, TV mounts, garage door openers, and isolated wall details. Designed for acoustic consultants, contractors, architects, and fit-out teams across the UAE, GCC, Middle East, and MENA region, UNIBRACE supports practical noise and vibration isolation where rigid connections must be avoided.

Product Description

Resilient Isolation Bracket for Construction and Acoustic Detailing
Kinetics UNIBRACE is a series of isolators that allows designers to resiliently support and decouple a wide range of miscellaneous items that commonly arise in construction projects. When installed within the allowable shear and tensile load limits, UNIBRACE can be used to isolate plumbing, soffits, garage door openers, and other building elements that require resilient support instead of rigid attachment.

Flexible Solution for Noise and Vibration Decoupling
Rigid connections can create structure-borne noise paths between isolated and non-isolated construction. UNIBRACE helps maintain acoustic separation by providing a resilient connection point for items that need support while limiting direct vibration transfer. This makes it useful in acoustic wall, ceiling, soffit, and fit-out conditions where consultants and contractors must coordinate small but important isolation details.

Available UNIBRACE Configurations
The UNIBRACE range includes UNIBRACE-L, UNIBRACE-F, UNIBRACE-DOUBLE-L, and UNIBRACE-DOUBLE-F configurations. Kinetics also provides BIM objects, submittal drawings, specifications, LEED documentation, SDS, warranty information, and allowable load guidance for proper project coordination.

Project-Specific Installation Support
Kinetics provides typical details for isolated handrails, head-of-wall bracing, isolated partitions with UNIBRACE-L, wall sway bracing for steel and wood stud walls, stub-out kits for steel and wood stud walls, isolated soffits, and small or large TV mount applications. These resources help architects, acoustic consultants, and contractors integrate UNIBRACE into UAE and GCC projects where acoustic performance and installation practicality are both important.
