I have been working with Kinetics for over 20 years, and it has been a great experience filled with learning and growth. Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller & Reporting Manager to oversee multi-entity financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, cashflow discipline, and compliance across all group entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full monthly financial closing, journals, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, intercompany reconciliations, and expense allocations
- Monitor project/division profitability and report variances
- Manage cashflow, liquidity, receivables, payables, and treasury operations
- Ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance; coordinate external audits
