Having joined Kinetics Middle East [KME] in year 2000 as Sales Admin has been a very rewarding career for me as KME provides all sorts of coaching / training/support to employees to work up to the standard.

Qualifications

- Conduct sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and presentations to promote Kinetics materials for noise solutions.
- Collaborate closely with design, sales, and business development teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, offering solutions for acoustic challenges in various applications.
- Perform acoustic testing, HVAC noise analysis, and structural vibration assessments as required.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals and quotations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales orders in alignment with company objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and industry professionals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications

Job Overview
Kinetics group is seeking a skilled and technical Civil / Fit-out Draftsman, who brings an experienced background in Auto-Cad (3yr+) and, a spirit of a strong work independently.
Responsibilities
- Create shop and acoustic section drawings for panels, enclosures, and floors.
- Prepare BOQs and material takeoffs.
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve design challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards using AutoCAD and Excel.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in civil/acoustic drafting & basic MRP knowledge is a plus.
- Expertise in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation and acoustic materials is an advantage.
