Job Overview:

At Kinetics Group, we’re committed to innovation, quality, and delivering professional acoustic solutions. As we expand our offerings, we are looking for a Sales Administration Officer to strengthen our supplier network and support the development of innovative, market-driven products.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls & e-mails professionally
  • Maintain office cleanliness and making sure office supplies are enough
  • Prepare and process quotations, costings, material/technical submittals and pre-qualifications submittals.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers, Logistics, and Sales Engineers for material confirmation, verification and delivery.
  • Communicate with customers regarding quotations, submittals acknowledgements & requirements and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of all commercial/internal documents and client correspondences.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and consultant requirements during document submittals.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
