KNM-BARRIERS are available in 0.50 psf to 1.0 psf surface weights, equivalent to 2.5 to 4.9 kg/m², supplied in 54-inch wide x 20-yard rolls, equivalent to 1372 mm x 18.2 m. These materials provide acoustical ratings from STC-21 to STC-26 and are easy to cut and install. The KNM-200B 2.0 psf barrier material is supplied in 47.5-inch wide x 10-yard rolls, equivalent to 1206 mm x 9.1 m.
For applications requiring visibility as well as noise reduction, Kinetics Model KNM-C Clearview Noise Barriers are transparent, limp, heavy PVC materials. They are recommended where visual contact must be maintained while still achieving a high degree of noise reduction. KNM-C Clearview materials are available in 48-inch wide x 20-yard rolls, equivalent to 1219 mm x 18.2 m, with acoustical ratings of STC-21 and STC-26.
