Job Overview
Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced Senior Acoustics Manager to lead acoustic solutions, business growth, and technical operations across the UAE and GCC. This senior role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with strong expertise in acoustics, noise control, sound insulation, and engineered building solutions.
The Senior Acoustics Manager will be responsible for developing business strategies, expanding key client relationships, guiding technical teams, and ensuring profitable project execution. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-value regional projects, shape market growth, and contribute to Kinetics Group’s continued leadership in acoustic solutions, vibration isolation, HVAC products, seismic restraint, and engineering services across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and market growth targets across the UAE and GCC.
- Lead business development initiatives and identify new opportunities in acoustic solutions and noise control systems.
- Manage key client relationships, commercial discussions, and strategic negotiations.
- Provide technical leadership for acoustic solutions, sound insulation, and noise control applications.
- Ensure solutions comply with project specifications, performance requirements, and industry standards.
- Oversee contract reviews, commercial risks, project margins, payment terms, and business profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales engineers, design engineers, and technical support teams.
- Promote accountability, performance, and continuous improvement across the acoustics team.
- Coordinate effectively with sales, engineering, operations, finance, and project stakeholders.
- Support operational excellence from project inquiry through execution and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in acoustics, noise control, technical building solutions, or related industries.
- At least 3–5 years of leadership experience within the UAE or GCC market.
- Strong GCC market experience is required.

Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in acoustic solutions, sound insulation, and noise control systems.
- Knowledge of technical building solutions, acoustic project specifications, and performance requirements.
- Ability to guide technical teams on acoustic design, product selection, and project compliance.
- Strong understanding of contract reviews, commercial risk, project margins, and payment terms.
- Experience managing complex project sales cycles and engineered solution proposals.
