Job Overview
Kinetics Group is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and performance of our commercial operations. This role plays a critical part in supporting the sales organization through effective CRM management, data-driven reporting, process optimization, and seamless coordination across departments.
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence by managing sales workflows, maintaining data integrity, preparing insightful performance reports, and supporting quotation and proposal activities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve sales processes, systems, and operational workflows.
- Administer and optimize CRM platforms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Develop sales forecasts, dashboards, and analytical reports to support business decisions.
- Coordinate the preparation and review of quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team to improve responsiveness and productivity.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness.
- Monitor key sales performance indicators and recommend actions to drive better results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, or a similar function.
- Proven experience managing CRM platforms and sales reporting systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting methodologies and performance analytics.
- Experience preparing commercial documentation and managing quotation processes.
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working within B2B environments.
- Exposure to industrial, engineering, HVAC, acoustic, vibration control, or technical product sectors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with process optimization and sales productivity initiatives will be considered an advantage.
