Kinetics APMP Acoustic Metal Wall Lining is a durable perforated metal acoustic absorption panel system designed to control airborne noise and reverberation in demanding MEP, industrial, commercial, recreational, and outdoor environments across the UAE, GCC, and MENA region.
Kinetics Noise Control Inc. Products
Kinetics APMP Acoustic Metal Wall Lining is a highly durable acoustical absorption panel system developed for controlling airborne noise and reverberant sound in spaces where acoustic performance, impact resistance, and long-term reliability are required.
The APMP panel system is suitable for MEP plant rooms, generator rooms, gymnasiums, recreational facilities, multi-purpose halls, and outdoor applications. It provides an effective acoustic wall or ceiling lining solution for noisy environments where conventional soft acoustic panels may not be suitable due to exposure to impact, abrasion, or moisture.
Construction and Material Design
APMP panels are constructed using galvanized steel or aluminium perforated sheets. The acoustic infill core consists of Rockwool or Fiberglass with a density of 48 kg/m³, encapsulated with a black glass tissue membrane to help prevent fibre migration. The perforated metal face is powder coat painted and can be supplied in a variety of specified RAL colours to meet architectural and project requirements.
The standard panel composition includes 0.7 mm thick perforated galvanized steel or perforated aluminium over Rockwool or Fiberglass acoustic absorption infill. Various perforation patterns and material thicknesses are available to suit acoustical, architectural, and aesthetic requirements.
Acoustic Performance
Kinetics APMP panels provide a Noise Reduction Coefficient, or NRC, of 0.90, supporting effective reverberation control for a given coverage area when compared with other types of absorption panels.
Size Availability and Mounting
Standard APMP panels are available in 1.2 m x 2.4 m sizes with 50 mm and 100 mm thickness options. Customized dimensions can also be provided to suit site conditions, applications, and mounting requirements.
The system can be installed on walls or ceilings based on the project acoustic requirement, making it a practical acoustic lining solution for consultants, contractors, MEP engineers, acoustic specialists, and project developers working on noise control projects in the Middle East.
