WING Air Curtain is a next-generation doorway air curtain designed to combine architectural appearance with effective air separation. Its minimal casing and streamlined wing-inspired form are developed to appear light and modern while delivering a controlled air stream across entrances. The diamond-style side panels conceal the internal components, creating a clean and contemporary finish suitable for commercial, hospitality, retail, and office environments.
Energy-Efficient Entrance Protection
The WING range is designed to reduce uncontrolled air exchange through open doors and help maintain indoor comfort. The air curtain provides a maximum air range of up to 4 m and exhaust airflow from 1950 to 4600 m³/h, depending on model selection. The optimized fan design and EC motor option help reduce energy consumption, with the catalogue indicating potential energy savings of up to 40% through optimal fan shape and EC motor technology.
Quality Construction and Easy Maintenance
WING Air Curtains are manufactured using high-quality materials, rigid construction, and a double protective coating. The galvanized steel casing with galvanization and powder paint provides long-term corrosion protection and consistent aesthetics. The standard casing colour is RAL 9016, with WING DARK available in RAL 7016 to complement modern residential and commercial interiors, roofs, doors, windows, and gates.
Simple Installation and Flexible Mounting
The system is suitable for horizontal and vertical installation. Dedicated brackets and fixing points support fast installation, while the maximum mounting height is 4 m. The minimum distance between the air outlet and ceiling is only 30 cm, helping simplify coordination with architectural and MEP layouts.
Control and Smart Door Protection
WING Air Curtains support AC and EC motor control options, including wall controller, WING EC wall controller, HMI WING EC controller, WING EC Wi-Fi controller, potentiometer EC control, and door sensor reed switch. With advanced WING EC control, the air curtain can operate based on door opening signals, helping maintain temperature comfort while protecting the indoor environment from dust, pollution, insects, and unpleasant odours.
Model Range and Technical Parameters
The WING ambient air curtain range includes WING C100, WING C150, and WING C200 models in AC and EC versions. Model widths include 1 m, 1.5 m, and 2 m, with maximum door height of 4 m. Maximum exhaust airflow is 1950 m³/h for WING C100, 3200 m³/h for WING C150, and 4600 m³/h for WING C200. Supply voltage is 230V/1Ph/50Hz, with maximum velocity up to 11 m/s.
WING is designed primarily for commercial and architectural entrances such as shops, hotels and offices. WING PRO is a higher-capacity industrial range for warehouses, factories, logistics centres and large gates.
WING air curtains are available in nominal lengths of 1 m, 1.5 m and 2 m. Multiple units can be grouped to cover wider entrances.
The WING range provides an air-stream range up to 4 metres. Final installation height must be confirmed against the selected model, door width, site pressure, crosswind and required floor-level velocity.
WING PRO is designed for industrial gates up to 8 metres high, depending on the selected configuration and installation conditions.
WING is offered in ambient, water-heated and electric-heated configurations. WING PRO is offered in ambient and water-coil configurations, including single-row and double-row versions.
Applicable WING W and WING C models can be mounted vertically. Electric-heated WING E models require horizontal installation. WING PRO supports horizontal and vertical mounting.
