Kinetics DX Condensing Units are engineered for commercial and industrial HVAC applications requiring stable, efficient, and reliable direct expansion cooling. Designed to work seamlessly with Fresh Air Handling Units, AHUs, and ducted split systems, these units use direct refrigerant expansion to cool incoming fresh air before it enters the building, supporting indoor comfort, humidity control, and indoor air quality.

Each condensing unit integrates hermetic scroll compressors known for high efficiency, low sound levels, and durability. Durable Construction and Electrical Protection
Kinetics DX Condensing Units feature double-skin galvanized steel casings manufactured from ASTM A653 material, with powder coating tested for more than 1,000 hours of salt spray endurance for corrosion protection. The advanced electronic control panel monitors compressor, fan, and voltage parameters through PCB-based logic, providing protection against high/low pressure, phase failure, and overload.
