Kinetics Group fresh air louvers are HVAC ventilation components designed to introduce outdoor air into air-handling units, ducts and building ventilation systems. Standard units use 6063-T6 extruded aluminium frames and blades and include an expanded aluminium filter. Options include bird screens, opposed-blade dampers, custom sizes, RAL powder coating and wall-, duct- or flush-mounted configurations for UAE and MENA projects.
Engineered for Performance.
Kinetics Group provides custom fresh air louvers in the UAE for HVAC air-intake, exhaust-air and building ventilation applications. Designed for installation at air-handling units, ventilation ducts, external walls and plant-room openings, Kinetics fresh air louvers support the controlled introduction of outdoor air into mechanical ventilation systems.
For fresh-air applications, the louver is supplied with an aluminium air filter. The filter frame is manufactured from an extruded aluminium profile, while the filter media uses expanded aluminium. An exhaust-air version can be provided using the same louver configuration without the fresh-air filter.
Available in custom dimensions, finishes and mounting arrangements, Kinetics fresh air louvers are suitable for commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure HVAC projects across the UAE, Middle East and MENA region.
The standard fresh air louver is manufactured with an outer frame and blades made from 6063-T6 extruded aluminium sections. The frame sections are cut to the required dimensions and securely joined at the corners to provide a clean, durable assembly.
Standard construction includes:
Galvanized steel and stainless-steel construction options may also be considered where required by the project specification.
The integrated aluminium filter helps capture larger airborne particles before outdoor air enters the air-handling unit or ventilation system. This makes the louver suitable for HVAC fresh-air openings where a removable, durable and reusable metallic filter is required.
The louver and filter configuration can be selected according to the required airflow, opening dimensions, free area, pressure drop and project ventilation criteria.
Kinetics fresh air louvers can be supplied with additional accessories to meet consultant and contractor specifications.
Available options include:
An opposed-blade damper can be installed behind the louver where airflow regulation or balancing is required.
Fresh air louvers are available in different installation arrangements to suit architectural and mechanical requirements:
Designed for installation within external wall openings, plant rooms, service areas and building ventilation openings.
Suitable for direct connection to HVAC ductwork, fresh-air intake ducts and air-handling-unit intake systems.
Provides a neat installation where the louver face must align closely with the surrounding wall, panel or façade surface.
Kinetics fresh air louvers can be manufactured in a wide range of project-specific widths and heights. Units exceeding approximately 2000 mm × 1200 mm may be supplied in multiple sections for assembly at the installation location.
The catalogue states an opening-air ratio of approximately 0.41. Final louver sizing should be based on the required airflow volume, free-area velocity, acceptable pressure drop, water-penetration criteria and available wall or duct opening.
Fresh air louvers can be powder coated in selected RAL colours to coordinate with architectural façades, equipment finishes and project colour schedules. The required colour, gloss level and coating specification should be confirmed during technical submittal and order approval.
Kinetics fresh air louvers can be specified for:
Kinetics Group combines project-specific louver fabrication with practical HVAC engineering support. Fresh air louvers can be configured according to the required opening size, installation type, material, filter, damper, bird screen and architectural finish.
Consultants and contractors can request technical drawings, free-area information, pressure-drop data, material details and product selections for inclusion in HVAC submittals and project specifications.
Send Kinetics Group the required louver width and height, airflow volume, installation type, material, finish, filter requirement and damper requirement. The technical team can recommend a suitable fresh air louver configuration for the project.

A fresh air louver is a fixed-blade ventilation component installed at an outdoor-air intake opening. It allows air to enter an HVAC system while accommodating accessories such as filters, bird screens and airflow-control dampers.
A fresh air louver is generally supplied with an air filter for outdoor-air intake. An exhaust air louver uses a similar blade and frame arrangement but may be supplied without the fresh-air filter.
Yes. The fresh-air configuration can include a filter frame made from extruded aluminium and expanded aluminium filter media.
Yes. An opposed-blade damper can be supplied behind the louver when the HVAC design requires airflow adjustment or balancing.
Yes. Aluminium or galvanized steel bird screens can be added according to the project specification.
Fresh air louvers can be manufactured for wall-mounted, duct-mounted and flush-mounted installation.
Yes. Louvers are available in project-specific dimensions. Large openings may be divided into multiple sections for site assembly.
Selection should consider the design airflow, louver free area, free-area velocity, pressure drop, water-penetration requirements, filter resistance and available opening dimensions.
