SportsBoard Elite panels are constructed from 6–7 PCF fiberglass board with a 1/16-inch perforated copolymer facing. The panel is finished with selected in-stock fabrics from Guilford of Maine or factory-approved customer-selected fabric, allowing architects, acoustic consultants, and contractors to coordinate both durability and interior design requirements.
Project-Friendly Sizes and Acoustic Performance
SportsBoard Elite panels are available in sizes up to 48 inches x 120 inches, with thickness options of 1-1/16 inches and 2-1/16 inches. Kinetics lists a Square edge treatment and NRC values from 0.85 to 1.00. Sound absorption is tested per ASTM C423 using Type A mounting, supporting specification for professional acoustic wall panel applications.
Installation and Finish Options
