NP Solid Neoprene Pad / NDM Flexco Pads

NP Solid Neoprene Pad / NDM Flexco Pads are high-load neoprene vibration isolation pads designed for noise, vibration, and shock control in demanding industrial, structural, and MEP applications across the UAE, GCC, Middle East, and MENA region. Made from an ozone-resistant rubber elastomer reinforced with high-strength random synthetic fiber cords, these pads provide reliable support where heavy bearing loads require durable pad-type isolation.

Product Description

Kinetics Model NDM Flexco Vibration and Isolation Noise Pads are engineered pad-type isolators manufactured from a cured homogeneous blend of ozone-resistant rubber elastomer and high-strength random synthetic fiber cords. The pad material is designed to exhibit uniform behavior in all directions, making NP Solid Neoprene Pad / NDM Flexco Pads suitable for supporting heavy structural bearing loads and high-load equipment where dependable vibration, shock, and noise isolation is required.

These solid neoprene isolation pads are recommended for applications where the psi load on the pad exceeds the load-carrying capability of Kinetics Model KIP Fiberglass Isolation Pads. They are capable of being statically loaded up to 2000 psi (141 kg/cm²) and dynamically loaded up to 1000 psi (70 kg/cm²) for shock applications. An optional oil-resistant pad coating is also available for project conditions where additional resistance to oil exposure is required.

NP Solid Neoprene Pad / NDM Flexco Pads are widely suited for heavy-duty noise, vibration, and shock control applications, including foundries, steel mills, high-load industrial equipment, load-bearing walls, and building foundations. By helping reduce transmitted noise, vibration, and shock, these neoprene pads support improved equipment stability, structural protection, and acoustic comfort in industrial facilities, mechanical areas, infrastructure projects, and heavy construction environments across the GCC and MENA region.
