Product Description

Kinetics RSP Neoprene Waffle Pads are produced from a high-quality neoprene elastomer and designed as elastomer-in-shear isolation pads for controlling noise, shock, and high-frequency vibration. These pads are suitable for mechanical, industrial, or process equipment located on grade, structural slabs, or other non-critical areas where reliable pad-type vibration isolation is required.

RSP Neoprene Waffle Pads are 50 durometer pads designed for a maximum loading of 60 psi (4.2 kg/cm²). They provide a maximum deflection of approximately 20% of the unloaded pad thickness, up to 0.15″ (4 mm). For applications requiring additional deflection, multiple layers of RSP pads can be stacked when steel separation shim stock is used.

The neoprene elastomer is oil and water resistant, designed to operate within safe stress limits, and offers long service life consistent with neoprene compounds. RSP pads are supplied in 18″ x 18″ x 3/4″ (457 mm x 457 mm x 19 mm) sheets, pre-scored into 2″ x 2″ (51 mm x 51 mm) squares for efficient cutting, sizing, and field installation.

For consultants, contractors, and MEP engineers, RSP Neoprene Waffle Pads offer an economical and easy-to-install vibration isolation solution for equipment with lowest operating speeds of 3600 rpm. Under shock or impact loading, the load capacity of the pads should be reduced by 50%, supporting safe and appropriate product selection for HVAC, mechanical rooms, plant areas, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects across the UAE and GCC.
