Product Description

Kinetics Pressurized Plenums and Equipment Casings are engineered enclosure systems designed for modern building HVAC installations where air-conditioning noise control, thermal performance, structural integrity, and ventilation coordination are required. Kinetics designs and manufactures a complete line of pressurized plenum enclosures for heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning installations, supporting consultants, MEP engineers, acoustic specialists, and contractors working on commercial, institutional, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Designed to be erected in the field, these panel enclosures provide thermal and optimum noise control through sound absorption and sound transmission loss. They are suitable for built-up air handling units, panel duct systems, outside air plenums, exhaust air plenums, supply air handling systems, and return air handling systems. Typical examples include air intake plenums with acoustical louvers, built-up air handling unit casings, and control room equipment casings.

Made in the UAE by Kinetics, Pressurized Plenums and Equipment Casings are available in 2-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch panel thicknesses. Construction options include 18 gage solid skins and 22 gage perforated skins, with material choices including galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Tongue and groove panel connections support practical site assembly, while access doors with airtight seals, double-glazed wire reinforced door windows, removable panel sections, and factory-located duct penetrations help improve installation coordination and long-term maintainability.

Plenums are structurally designed based on the internal positive or negative operating static pressure, with a maximum L/240 deflection. Kinetics also provides AutoCAD submittals and piece-marked installation drawings to support project coordination, site installation, and consultant review. Complete design and engineering assistance is available, including layout support and coordination of acoustical, structural, and ventilation requirements.

For HVAC and MEP projects across the UAE, GCC, Middle East, and MENA region, Kinetics Pressurized Plenums and Equipment Casings provide a practical solution for enclosing equipment, managing airflow, reducing mechanical noise, and supporting reliable building services performance.
