Kinetics RHEP-AD is a compact neoprene vibration isolation element with an integrated mild-steel load plate for installation beneath an equipment bracket in a suspension-rod assembly. Four colour-coded models are rated at 30, 45, 75 and 125 lb, each with a nominal rated deflection of 0.30 in. Independent laboratory reports for the RHEP-30AD, RHEP-45AD and RHEP-75AD samples recorded no sign of failure at rated load or at a 50% applied overload. Kinetics Group provides vibration-isolator selection and project support across the UAE, GCC, Middle East and MENA region.
Engineered for Performance.
Kinetics Model RHEP-AD is a compact neoprene vibration isolation element with an integrated mild-steel load plate. It is designed for installation beneath an equipment bracket in a suspension-rod support assembly, providing resilient separation between the supported service and its rigid structural connection.
RHEP-AD elements are available in four colour-coded load selections from 30 to 125 lb. Each model has a nominal rated deflection of 0.30 in. / 7.62 mm. Kinetics Group provides model-selection, technical-submittal and project support for HVAC, MEP and noise-control applications across the UAE, GCC, Middle East and MENA region.
The RHEP-AD is an individual elastomeric vibration-isolation component consisting of a Grade B neoprene element and an integrated mild-steel load plate.
The supplied technical drawing shows the element positioned beneath an equipment bracket, with the suspension rod passing through the central opening. The load plate distributes the applied bracket load across the top of the neoprene element while the elastomer provides controlled resilient movement.
RHEP-AD is an isolation element and load plate, not a complete enclosed vibration hanger. Suspension rods, nuts, washers, brackets and associated structural components must follow the approved support-system design and project submittal.
Suspended mechanical and building-services systems can transmit vibration through steel brackets, threaded rods and rigid support connections. Placing a correctly selected resilient element between the equipment bracket and support hardware helps interrupt this direct vibration-transmission path.
The RHEP-AD neoprene element deflects under its applied operating load. The integrated mild-steel plate spreads the bracket load across the isolator and provides a stable load-transfer surface.
Isolation performance depends on correct loading. Each element must therefore be selected according to the actual operating load imposed at its individual suspension point.
| Model | Rated Load | Approximate Metric Load | Isolator Colour Code | Nominal Rated Deflection |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RHEP-30AD | 30 lb | 13.6 kg | Silver | 0.30 in. / 7.62 mm |
| RHEP-45AD | 45 lb | 20.4 kg | Red | 0.30 in. / 7.62 mm |
| RHEP-75AD | 75 lb | 34.0 kg | Green | 0.30 in. / 7.62 mm |
| RHEP-125AD | 125 lb | 56.7 kg | White | 0.30 in. / 7.62 mm |
Selection requirement: Select every RHEP-AD element according to the actual operating reaction at that individual support point. Do not divide total equipment weight equally unless the equipment manufacturer or structural design confirms equal load distribution.
Independent load tests were conducted by Al Hoty-Stanger Laboratory LLC in Dubai on samples identified as RHEP-30AD, RHEP-45AD and RHEP-75AD. The reports are dated 12-11-2022.
| Tested Model | Rated Test Load | Measured Deflection | 50% Applied Overload | Measured Deflection at Overload | Reported Observation |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| RHEP-30AD | 30 lb | 7.03 mm | 45 lb | 7.25 mm | No sign of failure observed |
| RHEP-45AD | 45 lb | 7.10 mm | 68 lb | 7.23 mm | No sign of failure observed |
| RHEP-75AD | 75 lb | 7.05 mm | 113 lb | 7.07 mm | No sign of failure observed |
Test-report scope: The laboratory findings apply to the samples identified in the individual reports. The supplied document does not contain an independent load-test report for RHEP-125AD and must not be presented as evidence that this model was included in the same test programme.
The product drawing lists a nominal rated deflection of 0.30 in. / 7.62 mm. The independent reports separately record measured deflections between 7.03 and 7.10 mm at the rated loads of the three tested samples.

RHEP-AD is intended for use as a resilient element beneath an equipment or service-support bracket in a compatible suspension-rod assembly.
Project-specific applications may include:
Suitability for a particular fan, pipe, duct, equipment bracket or support arrangement must be confirmed from the operating load, vibration frequency, support geometry and approved project documents.
Provide the following information when requesting technical selection:
The maximum suspension-rod diameter shown on the RHEP-AD drawing is 0.41 in. / approximately 10.4 mm. Verify the actual threaded-rod diameter and required installation clearance before procurement.
RHEP-AD is the neoprene isolation element with an integrated load plate. It does not include the surrounding steel hanger box used in a complete enclosed vibration-isolation hanger.
